Everything on this site explains how residential plumbing systems generally behave. It is not a diagnosis of your property, not a proposal, and not a substitute for someone examining the actual pipes, fixtures, and appliances in your home.
No performance promises
Descriptions of how supply lines, drains, traps, valves, fixtures, and water heaters behave are general explanations. They are not guarantees of how any specific repair, part, or appliance will perform in your home. Typical service lives and typical symptoms are patterns, not predictions about your installation.
No claims of credentials or coverage
This site does not assert licensing, insurance, bonding, certification, ratings, warranties, guaranteed outcomes, or financing programs. Do not treat the absence or presence of any statement here as a representation about those matters. Ask for documentation directly and read it yourself before engaging any contractor.
Assistant answers
The on-page assistant provides general guidance. It cannot see your property and its answers may be incomplete or inapplicable to your situation. It does not book work, quote prices, or replace an inspection of the actual system. Anything involving gas, sewage backup, or water near electrical equipment should go to a qualified person rather than an on-page answer.
