Privacy policy
A short policy, because this site collects very little.
What we do not collect
This site has no contact form, no account system, no appointment booking, and no payment processing. We do not ask you to submit your name, address, phone number, or email through any page here.
The assistant
Questions typed into the on-page assistant are sent to our server to produce an answer. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in those messages — the assistant is for general technical questions about plumbing systems, fixtures, and drainage, not for intake. Conversations are not tied to an account or profile.
Contacting us directly
If you phone or email us, we necessarily receive whatever you choose to share — your number, email address, photos, and details about your property. We use that only to respond to your inquiry and to understand the plumbing problem you are describing.
Technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
Web fonts on this site are loaded from a third-party font host, which receives the request needed to serve those files. This site is operated as part of the Handyman in Miami brand.

Privacy questions can be raised by phone at (954) 708-6930. An email channel is not published yet; once listed, it is where written privacy questions should be sent, and we will answer them directly.
